A corona patient has escaped from the isolation center at Teknaf in Cox’s Bazar, ICDDRB. Mohammad Jahangir Alam, medical officer of the isolation center of ICDDRB confirmed the information today.
The name of the patient who escaped is Mohammad Riaz Uddin (20). He is a resident of Ward No. 1 of Teknaf Municipality in Cox’s Bazar. He is an autorickshaw driver.

Titu Chandra Sheel said, “It is very sad that Corona patients have escaped from the taknaf isolation center.”
Trying to find his father’s name. The name of the wife of the fugitive Riaz Uddin is Sharmin Akter. The patient’s older brother, Mohammad Elias.
Teknaf Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Titu Chandra Sheel added that Riaz Uddin had fled the ICDDRB isolation center.
A special request is being made to contact the Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Abul Mansur or the Upazila Health
Complex on an urgent basis if any such person is found.
