Use a nose clip:

There are lots of people who face the problem of fogging when they wear their glasses while wearing a mask. Well, this problem occurs because your mask is not properly fit your face. Try to find a mask that has an adjustable nose clip along with it.

Once you put the mask on your face, now just pinch the nose clip so that you can tight the mask from your nose bridge, so that there will not be any air gap in your mask. If there will be a gap in your mask then the warm air from your nose will form fogging to your lenses.

Wash with soapy water:

Well, if you think putting a nose clip is not stopping the fogging of your lenses then there is an old method that has been followed by lots of medical people for a long time. It is a simple step, you just need soapy water and a clean cloth.

The method work in a simple way, you just have to clean your lenses with soapy water and keep them dry properly and then clean them with a clean soft cloth. This is a successful method because when you clean your lenses with soapy water, the soap leaves a thin layer on your lens which acts as a fog barrier.

Spritz with antifog lens spray:

There are many antifog sprays available in the market which you can buy because when you spray the antifog spray on your lens, then it will put a coating on your glasses which makes the fog stay away from forming on the glasses. Well, these sprays are eye-protective and you can use them on your glasses, diving mask, and swim goggles.

Tuck in your mask:

It is a very simple technique and you will not need any additional things to do this. If you are wearing your mask then pull your mask above your nose and then use your glasses to seal the mask to the shape of your face. Put your glasses over your mask and fix it in such a way that it should not slide easily.

Well, if you adjust your glasses over your mask then it will protect the warm air to come out from the top of the mask and it will stop fogging your mask.

Secure your mask with skin-safe tape:

If you think that the above points are not of any use then you can get sports or medical tape and you can tape down your mask from the nose bridge and your cheeks. These tapes do not damage your skin, so you do not have to worry.
